Broward Sheriff’s Office robbery detectives are releasing clear surveillance video with audio of an aggressive man who speaks English with an accent and recently robbed a Deerfield Beach 7-Eleven.
Surveillance video captured the robbery on June 11 at 901 W. Sample Road in Pompano Beach. Around 9:40 p.m., the robber entered the store, brandished a handgun and repeatedly yelled profanities at the 23-year-old clerk, demanding cash. A witness saw him leave the store in a light blue Dodge Ram pickup. He was wearing a white T-shirt and black gym shorts.He appeared to be in his 30s, about 180-pounds and 5-foot-10.
Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call BSO Robbery Det. Roger Peterson at (954) 321-4270 or anonymously report information to Crime Stoppers of Broward County at (954) 493-TIPS (8477) or online at www.browardcrimestoppers.org. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
