New Voter Information Cards were issued this week to all Broward County registered voters, and it seems like someone forgot to proofread the copy prior to printing. The question is: What happened with proper procedures being followed for a countywide mailing?
If there is such a word as “Reprecincting”, it is spelled correctly only once, and that is on the throwaway part of the mailing. On the card itself, and in other instructions of the mail piece, the word is spelled “REPRICINCTING.”
It looks as if voters are stuck with these cards for quite awhile. The cost associated with correcting the error should not be borne by taxpayers.

Received my card a few days ago. No typos on mine. “Reprecincting” is spelled correctly in all occurrences.
