Looking for new ways to holiday shop on a budget this year? An unorthodox opportunity is coming to town.

Bond Street Auctions is set to host its upcoming Seized Assets Auction on Sunday, December 10, at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center.

Vincent Evens of Bond Street Auctions tells Coral Springs Talk the event promises an exclusive opportunity to acquire high-quality items at up to 90% off retail prices. “It’s a fantastic opportunity for art and jewelry enthusiasts to access high-quality items at remarkable discounts,” Evens said.

The auction will feature a wide range of items, including art, jewelry, signed lithographs, collectibles, and more, totaling over 300 lots. These items, acquired by police and government agencies, will be on display for a preview starting at 12:30 p.m., with live in-person bidding kicking off at 1:00 p.m.

Evens shares that while there will be an incredible amount of items to choose from, a personal favorite among the treasures planned to be available is a rare 195-carat Tanzanite Stone.

The auction will feature a collection of pink diamond rings, pendants, earrings of differentiating rarity, and a high desirability of colored diamonds.

Adam Levinsohn, Principal Auctioneer at Bond Street Auctions, highlighted these unique pieces’ exceptional appeal and collectibility.

“The auction is a celebration of opulence, featuring not only colored diamonds but also rare pieces from Old, Modern, and contemporary collections. The magnificence on display is unparalleled,” Levinsohn said.

Of note, the auction shares that there will be an 18% buyer’s premium on sale items.
