Sukkot. {Chabad Jewish Center of Coral Springs}
The Chabad Jewish Center of Coral Springs will welcome families and friends for a first-night Sukkot dinner under the stars.
The celebration will take place Friday, Sept. 25, beginning with candle lighting and services at 6:56 p.m. Dinner will follow at 7:30 p.m.
Sukkot is a seven-day Jewish autumn harvest festival and historical commemoration that begins on the 15th day of Tishrei, running from sundown on September 25 to sundown on October 2.
According to Rabbi Yankie Denburg, the Sukkot at the Chabad Jewish Center can comfortably hold 100 people for dinner.
The suggested donation is $36 per person, and advance registration is required.
