It was an exciting swim meet Wednesday night at the Coral Springs Aquatic Center between Coral Glades and J.P. Taravella High School.
With the boys and girls competing, both schools had victories, with the JPT boys swimming team winning 72-68 while the Coral Glades girls swim team won 87-68.
J.P. Taravella’s head Coach Candy Allen was pleased with both her teams.
“We had an impressive number of first place finishes on the boy’s side, and although the girls lost, we had many strong performances, said Allen. We are looking forward to a great season.”
Both teams will have several more meets before potentially the District, Regional, and State Championship meet.
