The City of Coral Springs has announced its highly anticipated Fourth of July Celebration, scheduled on Tuesday, July 4, at Mullins Park.
The festivities, which promise an evening filled with family-friendly fun, food, and entertainment, will kick off at 5 p.m. and continue through 9 p.m.
Highlighting the event will be a fireworks display set to ignite the sky at 8:30 p.m., bringing awe-inspiring visuals.
“To see families and friends gathered at Mullins Park enjoying fireworks, food and celebrating our nation’s independence brings me immense joy,” said Mayor Scott Brook. “This event, complete with its community togetherness and patriotic spirit, represents the best of Coral Springs and our families.”
The event is designed to cater to all age groups with a program full of diverse activities and entertainment. Guests can look forward to live music performances by the popular Remix Band and a range of free activities, including lawn games, an inflatables zone, and arts and crafts. Plus, giveaways from vendors will be up for grabs.
Food truck cuisine, alcoholic beverages, and desserts will also be available for purchase.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets for a comfortable experience. However, “staked” umbrellas or flag poles are prohibited. The event organizers have also noted that personal fireworks, outside alcoholic beverages, and pets are not permitted in the park.
This year’s Fourth of July Celebration is sponsored by the city’s 60th Anniversary sponsors, including Broward Health, Al Hendrickson Toyota, and Blue Stream Fiber.
Free parking is available at Mullins Park at 10000 Ben Geiger Dr.
