The Coral Springs Charter School Cross Country team will compete in the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Cross Country State Championships this weekend.
Led by Head Coach Brantley Barr and Assistant Coaches Ryan Pinney and Laura Maniscalco, the team placed 6th in the FHSAA Region 2A in Boca Raton on November 8 to qualify for the state competition.
The following athletes will represent Coral Springs Charter School at the state championships: Mackenzie Maniscalco (Senior Captain); Kendall Parrott (8th grade); Cecilia Kozlowski (7th grade); Lily Richardson (9th grade); Hailey Lockwitz (9th grade); Sydney McDougall (9th grade); Alyson Thomas (9th grade); and Taylor Hartley, (9th grade), will serve as the team’s alternate runner.
The State Championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 8 a.m., at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee.
