The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between April 21 and 27, 2025. Here are some of those incidents.
Theft & Property Crimes
Auto parts were reported stolen from a vehicle near Wiles Road between April 18 and April 21. Estimated loss: $2,000.
Multiple retail thefts occurred at locations including Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Ulta, Barnes & Noble, and Coral Springs Liquor, with losses ranging from $36 to over $2,200.
A grand theft auto was reported between April 19 and 23, with additional auto thefts occurring later in the week.
Several shoplifting incidents at various retail stores resulted in estimated losses exceeding $10,000 for the week.
A suspect entered a vehicle without force near Wiles Road but did not steal anything.
Multiple property damage reports were filed, including one involving counterfeit currency.
Fraud & Identity Crimes
Several fraudulent credit card uses were reported with losses ranging from $899 to $3,423.
Cases of false pretenses and identity theft resulted in over $17,000 in reported losses.
Wire fraud and uttering counterfeit checks were reported in separate incidents.
Assaults & Domestic Disturbances
Several domestic battery incidents were reported throughout the week.
A case of battery on a school board employee and multiple non-domestic batteries were also documented.
One case involved sexual cyberharassment.
Drugs & Narcotics
Narcotics violations were reported, including possession and municipal ordinance violations.
One arrest was made for possession of oxycodone.
Mental Health & Risk Incidents
Numerous Baker Acts and “Risk of Harm” incidents were reported across the city.
Cases involving unattended deaths and medically attended deaths were documented.
Other Notable Incidents
A residential fire was reported on Riverside Drive.
A neglect of the elderly case was reported on April 25.
Several traffic violations and city ordinance violations were cited.
Suspicious incidents and lost/found property reports were filed citywide.
Arrests
Michael Lane, 37, was arrested for domestic battery.
Surjeet Kachella, 24, was arrested for possession of cannabis with intent to sell.
Carlos Arturo Garcia Olivo, 28; Mario Fernando Cerratto, 48; Tavarda Rolle, 47; and Leonard Scott Daniel, 50, were arrested on capias warrants.
Diandre Deshawn Langham, 29, was arrested for driving without a license.
Allen Ray Linkhorn, 45, and Darryl Ricardo Hilton, 66, were arrested for retail theft with multiple offenses within 120 days.
Brandon Konnor Hill, 34, was arrested for possession of oxycodone.
Curtis Jamaine Webster, 23, was arrested for probation violation.
Alexander Cole Reyes Vega, 27, was arrested for domestic battery causing bodily harm.
Ross Bernard Stephens, 20, was arrested for vehicle burglary.
Jose Javier Guerrero Parra, 51, was arrested for criminal mischief over $1,000.
