The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between July 14 and July 20, 2025. Please note that the police have redacted the names of victims and addresses of most incidents.
Theft and Fraud
Grand Theft Auto was reported twice, including a vehicle valued at $19,869 on July 15 and another incident on July 14.
Retail Theft incidents were reported at Walmart, BJ’s Wholesale, and Macy’s, with losses ranging from $133 to $2,867.
Identity Theft and Fraud made up a significant portion of reports, with victims losing as much as $6,628, and one reporting a staggering $415,880 in losses.
Shoplifting incidents occurred at multiple retail locations throughout the week.
Assaults and Domestic Violence
Multiple reports of battery/domestic violence were filed throughout the city.
A robbery by sudden snatching occurred on July 20 with a loss of $700.
An aggravated assault was reported in the early morning hours of July 19.
Several animal bites and disturbances were also reported.
Other Notable Incidents
Several individuals were placed under the Baker Act or deemed a risk of harm to themselves or others.
Traffic violations and AOA (Assist Other Agency) calls were documented throughout the week.
A residential fire was reported on Heron Bay Blvd on July 19.
Reports of lewd or lascivious acts, extortion, and property damage were also filed.
Arrests
Richard Angel Rivera, 32, was arrested on a capias warrant on July 14.
Kenneth Mclane Obi, 43, was charged with giving a false name during lawful detention.
Rohana Nastacia Reid, 18, was arrested for domestic battery on July 15.
Quinton Alexander Osborne, 34, was arrested for grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Osee B. Paul, 34, was arrested on a capias warrant.
Stafford George Wallace, 29, was charged with written threats to kill or do bodily injury.
Jada Re`nea Washington, 18, was arrested for petit theft.
Wallace Lee Montgomery, 29, was arrested twice on July 17 for felony retail theft and misdemeanor retail theft.
Derrick John Makins, 28, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell.
Brian Lee Langston, 41, was arrested for coordinating retail theft over $3,000.
Andrew Michael Wallace, 44, was also arrested for coordinating retail theft over $3,000.
Latoya D. Bell, 32, was arrested for shoplifting.
Sharmaine Denise Kirkland, 29; Daniella D. Garcia, 19; Vincent Kenmore Benjamin, 59; and Carmelo Jude Armano, 47, were each charged with battery/domestic violence.
