A victim of Fraud – False Pretense on 10/29/2023. The total estimated loss was $40,000.
A victim of Fraud – All Other on 10/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $16,200.
A victim of Fraud – All Other on 10/26/2023. The total estimated loss was $7,000.
A victim of Fraud – All Other on 10/27/2023. The total estimated loss was $7,000.

Theft
Salynco Motor Company was the victim of Grand Theft on Coral Springs Drive on 10/28/2023. The total estimated loss was $6,000.
A 49-year-old male was the victim of a Grand Theft on Harbor Inn Place on 10/29/2023. The total estimated loss was $3,000.
A 31-year-old male was the victim of Grand Theft on NW 2 Street on 10/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $2,000.
A victim of Retail Theft/Felony Retail Theft on N University Drive was reported on 10/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,497.
Best Buy was the victim of Retail Theft/Felony Retail Theft was reported on N University Drive on 10/26/2023. The total estimated loss was $698.
Walmart was the victim of Retail Theft/Felony Retail Theft was reported on Turtle Creek Drive on 10/27/2023. The total estimated loss was $643.
Target was the victim of Shoplifting/Retail Theft was reported on N State Road 7 on 10/25/2023. The total estimated loss was $640.

Burglary

A 64-year-old female was the victim of Burglary To Residence – Forced Entry on NW 81 Terrace on 10/27/2023. The total estimated loss was $5,000.
A victim of Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto on 10/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $2,515.
Home Depot was the victim of Burglary Business Non-Forced Entry on N University Drive on 10/26/2023. The total estimated loss was $716.

Lavorci, Andrew, Nicholas, 34, was arrested on a charge of Grand Theft -Retail Theft $751 – $5,000 at 3651 Turtle Creek Drive on 10/25/2023.
Amony, Layecartes, 28, was arrested on a charge of Obtaining Controlled Substance By Fraud at 8200 Royal Palm Blvd on 10/25/2023.
Parrish, Anthony, Guy, 41, was arrested on a charge of Burglary Structure Unarmed/No Assault/Unoccupied at 750 N University Drive on 10/26/2023.
Smith, Georgia, Samantha, 37, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Assault W/Deadly Weapon W/O Intent To Kill on 10/27/2023.
Diaz, Joshua, 30, was arrested on a charge of Grand Theft -Retail Theft $751 – $5,000 at 3801 Turtle Creek Drive on 10/27/2023.
Jeudy, Dieunere, 22, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Assault W/Deadly Weapon W/O Intent To Kill on 10/27/2023.
