Coral Springs’ most expensive home hits the market for $15 million amid rumors that Giannis Antetokounmpo is house hunting in South Florida.
Inside the gated Eagle Trace community, the sprawling estate appears tailor-made for a certain NBA superstar if the rumors prove true, as Milwaukee Bucks All-NBA forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is reportedly house hunting in South Florida amid continued speculation linking him to the Miami Heat.
The staggering 19,054 square feet of living space spans a 2.38-acre property and features nine bedrooms and an eye-popping 18 bathrooms, just in case your child's entire fourth-grade class is having a sleepover or every member of a Little League team needs some privacy to put on their uniform.
According to records, the property appears to be being sold by the original owner, who purchased the land in 1986 for $733,400 and spent the next two years building the home, with subsequent upgrades and renovations resulting in the massive estate that exists today.
Built in 1988, the traditional-style mansion sits behind security gates and surveillance systems, offering views of the property's lush landscaping, pool, and tennis court. At nearly $785 per square foot, the home carries annual property taxes approaching $70,000 and HOA fees totaling nearly $2,000 per month.
Amenities include an elevator, wet bar, wine refrigerator, soaring cathedral ceilings, and custom marble flooring.
Outside, the estate leans fully into resort territory. The grounds include a private pool complete with a slide and waterfall, a tennis court, a guest house, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen and living areas, and parking for 10 vehicles, including an eight-car garage.
The bad news? Whoever purchases this home has access to the same Publix and Starbucks as you and me.
