The City of Coral Springs features The Secret Life of Pets 2 as they continue their Movie in the Park series.
The sequel to The Secret Life of Pets, sometime after the events of the first film, Max and Duke’s owner, Katie, get married to a man named Chuck and have a son, Liam, whom Max disapproves of at first due to his rough play but eventually softens up to him.
Later, Max’s overprotective feelings for Liam develop into an itch, which prompts Katie to get him a dog cone from the veterinarian to lower his symptoms. Max’s luck changes when Duke reveals that the family is going on a road trip outside of the city.
The event takes place Saturday, March 7, at 7:30 p.m. at Betti Stradling Park, located at 10301 Wiles Rd.
Parking and admission are free. Blankets, lawn chairs, and coolers are welcome, and refreshments will be available for purchase. The city asks that there are no glass containers, alcohol, or pets brought inside the park.
