Those seeking an apartment with luxurious amenities in Coral Springs might consider Metropolitan Coral Springs.
On Thursday, the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting of the new apartment complex.
The new building offers 204 apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. It also has a pool with cabanas, an exercise gym, a business center, common rooms, five Zoom rooms, and two conference rooms. Prices start at $2,183 for a 1/1 to $3,633 for a large 3/3.
“This apartment building is perfect for people who work from home and want nice amenities. It is within an easy walk to the Coral Square Mall,” said Michael Wohl, a Coral Rock Development Group principal and leader in constructing Metropolitan.
According to Wohl, 30 percent of the apartments have been leased. After the ribbon cutting, he praised and recognized the people who worked on the project.
Mayor Scott Brook said the Metropolitan building will add housing to Coral Springs and provide a comfortable home for individuals and families.
Metropolitan Coral Springs is located at 9000 Ramblewood Drive.
