Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian Restaurant comes to Coral Springs in late 2024
A new restaurant will replace Tavolino Della Notte, a Coral Springs staple since 2012, under the same ownership.
Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli, under their P. Hospitality group, will open Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian in Coral Springs in late 2024.
Located at 10181 West Sample Road, Eddie & Vinny’s will focus on fresh, seasonal cuisine inspired by the Italian seaside. The concept will also feature a selection of Italian classics, an extensive wine list, a wine locker program, and live entertainment.
In a statement, Eddie said this was a passion project for them. It combines their family history with modern creativity while paying tribute to all of the Eddies and Vinnys in their family.
“We’re excited to spotlight the incredible food, wines, and cocktails that come from one of our favorite places in the world—the Italian coast.”
The couple first joined Eddie Pozzuoli Sr. at Tavolino Della Notte in 2012, bringing new ideas contributing to the restaurant’s popularity in Coral Springs.
After Tavolino closed in March 2024, the Pozzuolis decided to reimagine the space with a new concept reflecting their family heritage and experience in the restaurant industry.
The redesigned 230-seat space will blend Mediterranean elements with modern design. The layout will include a kitchen view, a dining area, and a bar and lounge to host live entertainment. The design will also feature gold pendant lighting, black ceilings, and personal wine lockers as part of the restaurant’s wine membership program.
Chef Jeff Tunks, an award-winning chef and industry veteran, will lead Eddie & Vinny’s culinary team.
The menu, currently in development, will include dishes such as Blue Crab Bruschetta, Steamed PEI Mussels “Sorrento,” and house-made pastas like Lobster Linguine Fra Diavolo.
The entrée selection will range from seafood to steaks, including Local Yellowtail Livornese and a Tuscan Cowboy Ribeye Steak. Classic Italian dishes, desserts, wines, and cocktails will also be available.
The restaurant is expected to open to the public in late 2024.
