The flagship location of a new Mexican-Spanish fusion concept restaurant called The Feisty Bull now has its home in Coral Springs.
The Feisty Bull has just opened its doors in what was once the ROC Resto Lounge inside the Coral Square Mall. This restaurant offers a fun, family-friendly dining experience combined with an array of Latin-inspired flavors and dishes along with authentic live entertainment and more. On Friday, August 14, from 6:30 p.m – 9:00 p.m they make their public debut with a grand opening celebration featuring tastings, a themed Margarita bar, an appearance by Nikki Ramirez from HITS 97.3, activities, music, prize drawings and more.
Restaurateur Luigi Carvelli, along with his family – the names behind DaVinci’s of Boca are bringing this concept to the West Broward location.
“My vision for The Feisty Bull is to offer something very special for families, couples and groups of friends seeking a vibrant new place to enjoy authentic Latin flair and flavor,” said owner, Luigi Carvelli. “From the fresh ingredients we use to the handcrafted cocktails we serve, to creative children’s menu options and incredible live entertainment, we are confident The Feisty Bull fills a hole in the market and will be a pleasant surprise to all who come in for a visit.”
The Feisty Bull will feature a savory menu that is sure to please even the most discerning palates. Diners will enjoy items such as Patatas Bravas, Fajita Quesadillas, Table-side Guacamole, Tostones Rellenos and more. In keeping with its Latin-inspired theme, the restaurant also boasts an unparalleled selection of imported tequilas, with a specialty menu of tequila flights, along with white and red sangria flights.
A great option for families, The Feisty Bull will provide a casual and fun atmosphere with cocktails, dining and entertainment for parents, while the little ones can delight in a build-your-own taco platter, along with bullhorn hats and other fun surprises. Young diners will also find entertainment with the restaurant’s interactive children’s menu.
The Feisty Bull’s overall design brings together a variety of elements to create a warm, casual dining atmosphere. The restaurant features earthy shades of red and orange, reminiscent of the Mexican and Spanish cultures, complemented with wood accents and hints of lime green throughout. With expansive indoor and al fresco dining space, The Feisty Bull seats 250 guests and 40 at three bars.
The restaurant offers an array of themed nights and weekly specials, including Margarita Mondays, Tapas and Tequila Thursdays, Flamenco Fridays and Salsa Saturdays, along with live entertainment, traditional Latin performers and DJ nights. Guests can also take advantage of the restaurant’s 2 for 1 Happy Hour special Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., reverse Happy Hour Sunday through Thursday 10 p.m. – 12 a.m. and a Bottomless Mimosa brunch every Sunday.

The Feisty Bull, located at 9225 W Atlantic Blvd, Coral Springs, FL., serves lunch and dinner Sunday to Thursday, 11 a.m. – midnight, and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. Sunday brunch will be served 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
