A gym featuring high-intensity classes every ten minutes is coming to Coral Springs in March.

SWEAT440 features a blend of high-intensity interval training, strength training, and cross-training exercises. According to the company, their 40-minute workout sessions are effective for all levels of fitness experience.

Founded by Cody Patrick and Matt Miller, two personal trainers in Miami, they wanted a convenient way for individuals at all levels of experience — from beginners to fitness experts — to exercise practically and efficiently on their own terms.

Their first location was in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood. They have expanded the franchise to other sites in Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Deerfield Beach, Miami Lakes, Texas, New Jersey, Canada, and more.

Clients can expect a 40-minute session of sweat with four different stations aimed at burning fat and boosting metabolism.

Every station consists of three exercises, where clients will perform three full sets of repetitions in ten minutes. There are small groups of just six people per station. Virtual trainers will demonstrate every exercise onscreen, while coaches will circulate the floor to monitor form and provide motivation.

One of the biggest facets that set the gym apart from other group fitness concepts is that classes are offered every ten minutes, according to Samuel Simpson, SWEAT440 trainer, and fitness consultant. This makes it so much more convenient for those with busy schedules to come in and get a great workout at any time that is most convenient for them on that day.

Each day features a different workout, so clients can continue to challenge their bodies in innovative ways.

Different equipment is used daily, including dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, sleds, ropes, medicine balls, assault bikes, TRX, and more.

SWEAT440 is located at 6206 West Sample Road in the Coral Landings shopping center next to Starbucks.

They currently offer classes beginning Saturday, February 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

There will be an unlimited monthly membership for the founder rate of $99 per month for the first 200 members. SWEAT440 is also offering a free week to anyone that signs up.
