The Community Redevelopment Agency invite Coral Springs residents and business owners to participate in a series of public open houses and presentations to learn more about plans for Downtown’s redevelopment. The public open houses will be held this week and residents have an opportunity to share their ideas.
Downtown Open House #1
DATE: Monday, December 9
TIME: 5:30-7 p.m.
LOCATION: Financial Plaza Lobby, 3300 N. University Drive
NOTE: Display Boards will allow participants the opportunity to rank their priorities for Downtown Coral Springs
Downtown Open House #2
DATE: Wednesday, December 11
TIME: 5:30 -7 p.m.
LOCATION: Financial Plaza Lobby, 3300 N. University Drive
NOTE: Display Boards will allow participants to see the work in progress of the CRA consultant’s working preliminary design concepts for Downtown. Participants will have an opportunity to provide comments and additional ideas.
Downtown Charrette
DATE: Friday, December 13,
TIME: 4 – 5:30 p.m.
LOCATION: Financial Plaza 2nd Floor Conference Room, 3300 N. University Drive
NOTE: Participants will listen to an informal presentation of the consultant’s findings and preliminary concepts for Downtown Coral Springs.A formal presentation will be given on Wednesday, December 18th to the City Commission and the CRA Board.
