Ideal Nutrition has leased a storefront at Modera Coral Springs as part of the prepared meal company’s continued expansion across South Florida.
The company secured a 1,361-square-foot space at the mixed-use community at 3362 N. University Drive, according to Colliers, which represented Ideal Nutrition in the transaction.
Colliers Executive Vice President Scott Weprin and Vice President Jake Horowitz represented the company in securing the Coral Springs location and two additional storefronts: a 1,380-square-foot space at Shadowood Square in Boca Raton and a 1,599-square-foot space at Blu Aventura.
“Each of these locations was strategically selected to support the company’s growth objectives, increase accessibility for customers and strengthen its presence in some of the region’s most dynamic submarkets,” Horowitz said in a statement.
Ideal Nutrition offers chef-prepared meals through a rotating menu of more than 40 options, including traditional, keto, paleo, vegan and vegetarian selections. The company reports serving an average of more than 150,000 meals each week.
“Expanding our physical footprint into Boca Raton, Aventura and Coral Springs is a critical step in making fresh, chef-crafted meals even more accessible across South Florida,” founder and CEO Wolfgang Brunet said in a statement.
Ideal Nutrition currently operates 16 Florida locations, with a 17th expected to open within 30 to 45 days. Colliers has also helped the company expand into Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, Boynton Beach, Port St. Lucie, Lake Nona, Miramar, Estero, Tampa and Lake Mary.
The company is also planning a Kendall location and projects that it will operate approximately 25 locations by the end of 2027.
Opening details for the Coral Springs storefront were not announced.
