The Coral Springs Center for the Arts announced that it is presenting a performance by the renowned drag icon Jinkx Monsoon on Monday, July 24, at 8 pm.
The show, titled “Everything at Stake,” will be Jinkx’s biggest concert to date, and tickets for the event are available Friday, Feb. 24 at 9 a.m.
A two-time winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race and a breakout star on Broadway, Jinkx Monsoon, along with her musical partner Major Scales and a full rock band, will perform a decade’s worth of covers and original music from her critically acclaimed albums, including “The Ginger Snapped” and “The Inevitable Album.” She will also debut new songs from her upcoming 3-part album “The Virgo Odyssey.”
Known for her electric and eclectic performance style, in “Everything at Stake,” she will combine music, comedy, witchy magic, and camp fantasy to create a spellbinding and revolutionary experience for the audience.
At a time when everything is at stake, Jinkx’s show promises to be a bombastic celebration of life and love.
She has built an international fan base following her win on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 5 in 2013 and continued her winning streak on RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars 7 in 2022.
Earlier this year, Jinkx made her Broadway debut as Matron “Mama” Morton in the long-running show “Chicago.” She has also toured the world with her original cabaret shows and partnered with fellow Drag Race star BenDeLaCreme for a series of successful holiday tours.
