Families seeking an engaging and nurturing early childhood program can now enroll their children in the Junior Jags Full-Day Pre-K program at Coral Glades High School for the 2026-2027 school year.
Designed for children ages 3 and 4, the program offers a play-based learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development while encouraging creativity and curiosity.
Students participate in hands-on activities that help build confidence and foundational skills in a structured yet fun setting. The program emphasizes a safe and supportive atmosphere led by experienced educators. Teachers hold bachelor’s degrees or higher and are certified in early childhood education, with the support of full-time teacher assistants.
The Junior Jags program also partners with an early childhood certification program, giving high school students hands-on experience while supporting classroom instruction.
Children must be 3 or 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2026, to enroll. A Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) certificate is required for 3-year-olds and optional for 4-year-olds. Tuition information is available upon request.
The program offers extended hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing flexibility for working families.
Classes are held at Coral Glades High School, located at 2700 Sportsplex Drive in Coral Springs. Registration information here: Broward County Public Schools VPK.
