Just Salad celebrated the opening of its new location in Coral Springs on November 7, marking its third restaurant in Broward County and the 21st in Florida.
Located at 4608 N. University Drive at the northeast corner of Wiles Road and University Drive; this fast-casual chain aims to redefine quick dining with its commitment to sustainability and health-focused offerings.
Founded in 2006, Just Salad has grown to over 80 locations across the U.S. The chain is known for its Reusable Bowl Program, which encourages customers to reduce waste by using reusable bowls in exchange for free toppings on future orders.
Additionally, Just Salad is recognized as a Certified B Corporation and emphasizes transparency by labeling menu items with their carbon footprints, empowering customers to make climate-conscious choices.
The Coral Springs menu features over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups, and smoothies and caters to diverse diets, with options for vegan, keto, gluten-free, and paleo lifestyles.
Open Mon-Fri from 10:30 am- 9 pm. Sat-Sun from 11 am-9 pm.
