Not only did the Coral Springs High School wrestling team shine as a team, but they also had several wrestlers place individually at the Cypress Bay Tournament.
Leading the way was Marco Flores, who came in first place. Chris Lindo came in second, while Daniel Johnson, Dustin Lubin, Jeremiah Denis, and Sebastian Bolt all came in fourth. The Colts also placed in fourth as a team out of 11 teams.
Next, CSHS will host the first-ever female Florida High School Athletic Association girls-sanctioned District Wrestling Championships at Coral Spring High School on Thursday, February 10. Afterward, they will have Regionals on February 19 at Wellington High School, while thy boys will have their District Championship on February 17 at Fort Lauderdale High School.
