Missy Elliot, who goes by the name Missy, is a short, stocky Boston terrier mix who loves nothing more than to spend time with her person, doing whatever it is that they are currently doing at the time.
Missy loves to ride in the car and is a very popular lunch buddy for our volunteers. She is not a huge fan of being stuck in her kennel at the shelter, but she is a fan of playtime. She likes to run after balls (working on her fetch technique but not quite there yet) and to walk with you nicely on her leash.
Missy is looking for a foster or forever home where she is invited to lie with her head on your lap. Her ID number is A2021724.
Missy says to Coral Springs residents: “Let’s get to know each other!” and she is at Broward County Animal Care and Adoption, 2400 SW 42nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, open Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am-6 pm.
