With a fast-paced energy and a classic New York-style deli vibe, a father-and-son duo has opened Mitch’s Downtown in Coral Springs, bringing fresh bagels, hearty sandwiches, and a neighborhood feel to Cornerstone Plaza.
This is what Mitch and Adam Shidlofsky want customers to experience when they eat at Mitch’s Downtown in the Cornerstone Plaza in Coral Springs. Mitch is the father, and Adam is the son, and they are working to create a neighborhood deli where people can come and enjoy breakfast or lunch in a friendly environment.
Mitch’s Downtown opened on March 23 and received many customers. “We offer a fast-paced vibe, and when people come here, we want them to experience a New York atmosphere,” said Adam. “We tell our staff they should move with urgency.”
A graduate of Marjory Stoneman High School, Adam is glad to be running a business in his home community. “We want to provide the highest quality deli food and a friendly environment,” said Adam.
Mitch’s offers a variety of bagels, tuna salad, matzah ball soup, corned beef sandwiches, and more, all made with fresh ingredients. Guests can also enjoy French toast, omelets, and a variety of sandwiches and deli-style dishes.
This is Mitch’s fourth location, joining Flagler Village, Hallandale Beach, and Weston.
The restaurant will announce its grand opening celebration soon.
