This week, the Humane Society of Broward County has some wonderful pets to choose from. All adoptions include spaying or neutering, vaccinations, a microchip, treatment for flea and ticks, and much more.
Miley
Are you looking for an absolute sweetheart of a dog who loves to be with people and will give you kisses? If so, five-year-old 49 pounds Miley (ID 652384) could be the gal for you.
Miley, who may be part boxer, is a very sweet girl who is full of love. She comes when called and is always seeking approval and attention. She is a happy, calm dog who will enjoy walks around the neighborhood and sitting on the couch binging Netflix, whichever you’re in the mood for.
She will need some work and basic training but is smart and eager to learn. If you are looking for a great dog who wants to be your lucky charm, adopt Miley. Her adoption fee is sponsored by J.R. Dunn Jewelers.
Meridith
Meridith (ID A653038) is a two-year-old calico gal who needs a quiet home with someone who is a true cat lover after losing her home because her owner is ill and can no longer care for her.
She is very shy at first, but she will be your best friend given time to settle in. Meridith would love a scratching post to scratch on a comfortable bed to lounge on.
