From the Coral Springs City Commission:
We are excited to announce that, following a detailed, public interview process, we voted to select Deputy City Manager Catherine Givens to serve as the new City Manager for Coral Springs.
Givens, who will make history as the city’s first female city manager, will replace current City Manager Frank Babinec, who is retiring after a 31-year career in public service, with five of those years as the City Manager. Babinec’s retirement will become effective January 6, 2025, and Givens will work closely with him to ensure our continuity of operations. Learn more about Givens on the city’s website.
