A Coral Springs woman was arrested after police said she accessed her ex-girlfriend’s locked iPad and shared explicit pictures with the woman’s mother and others in her contact list.

According to a Coral Springs Police Department arrest report, Audranik Nteja Hunter, 25, was arrested on October 2, following an investigation that began earlier that day when officers responded to a reported sexual cyberharassment complaint from the victim.

Police said the victim told officers that Hunter, her former girlfriend, entered her locked iPad without permission on September 28 after the victim returned home from vacation.

According to the affidavit, the iPad’s battery was dead, and Hunter plugged it in before using the victim’s passcode to access the device. Police said Hunter searched through the victim’s text messages and photographs and found sexually explicit material connected to one of the victim’s previous relationships.

The victim later began receiving text messages and phone calls from several people who allegedly told her Hunter had sent them screenshots of the explicit material, police said. Investigators said the victim’s mother also received a sexually explicit screenshot allegedly sent by Hunter.

Police said during an interview, Hunter admitted entering the locked iPad and finding the material. According to investigators, Hunter said she became upset and sent a screenshot from a sexually explicit video to the victim and the victim’s best friend.

Hunter was arrested and transported to the Broward Sheriff’s Office Main Jail.
