Coral Springs natives Russell and Theodore Berman, twin brothers and founders of Berman Law Group, are bringing their legal success story back to where it began with the opening of a new office at 2855 North University Drive.
Now the largest personal injury law firm in Coral Springs, the move represents a homecoming for the Berman brothers, who grew up in the city before building one of South Florida’s most recognized firms.
“This is about more than business—it’s about giving back to the community that shaped us,” said Russell Berman.
The new location is designed to serve not only clients who have been injured in accidents but also the broader community. The Bermans envision the office as a hub for business networking events, charitable gatherings, and local partnerships.
What sets the firm apart, they say, is their trademarked motto, Committed to the Community. For the Bermans, it is more than branding—it’s a daily practice. Their team participates in weekly service projects, sponsors local initiatives, and supports organizations that strengthen the region.
Theodore Berman, has extended that commitment through nonprofit work. The Berman Family Foundation uplifts grassroots charities, while Boca Ballers, a 501(c)(3) youth baseball program, develops athletes for collegiate and professional opportunities regardless of financial means. Beyond athletics, the program instills life lessons that prepare young people for leadership roles in the community.
Outside of law and nonprofit leadership, Theodore is known as a family man and advocate for animal rescue, often helping place homeless pets in permanent homes.
For the brothers, opening a Coral Springs headquarters is a full-circle moment. Their new office, they say, represents the next chapter in a mission rooted in “roots, relationships, and responsibility”—serving and supporting the very community that raised them.
