Music enthusiasts and fans of Phil Collins and Genesis are in for a treat as “In the Air Tonight,” the acclaimed concert re-creation, hits the stage at the Coral Springs Center of the Arts.
The show, scheduled for Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 8:00 pm, promises an unforgettable night of nostalgic hits.
“In the Air Tonight” is not just a concert; it’s a journey through the Grammy award-winning legacy of Phil Collins, both as a solo artist and during his time with the iconic band Genesis. The concert promises a lineup of all-time hits from both eras, meticulously performed to capture the essence of the original recordings.
The show’s star, Rick Snider, is renowned for his vocal prowess that captures the power and emotion of Phil Collins’ songs.
Rick Snider is not new to the world of musical impersonations. He was the original “Robert Plant” in the Led-Zepagain tribute band and provided “Steve Perry” vocals while touring with Aynsley Dunbar, the original drummer of Journey.
His talent caught the attention of Fox Studios, leading to his portrayal of Phil Collins on the British TV show “Performing As.” His achievements include being awarded the first Las Vegas residency for a tribute band and performing in the “Monsters of Rock” show on the Las Vegas strip.
Snider isn’t alone in this musical endeavor. He is accompanied by a group of highly skilled musicians, each talented in their own right. Together, they form the “Number One” Genesis and Phil Collins tribute band, “In The Air Tonight,” bringing authenticity and energy that are rare in tribute performances.
Tickets start at $47.62 at the Coral Springs Center of the Arts website. Don’t miss this opportunity to relive the magic of Phil Collins and Genesis.
The Coral Springs Center for the Arts is at 2855 Coral Springs Drive.
