The Giving Tree is once again coming together for the holiday season to help those less-fortunate families in our City. The City is asking the community to donate toys, non-perishable food and cash to this worthy cause.
The Giving Tree is co-sponsored by City Hall in the Mall, Turtle Creek Wal-Mart and Advanced Cable Communications. Donations of food, toys and money will be accepted at City Hall in the Mall (9239 W. Atlantic Blvd.) and Advanced Cable Communications (12409 N.W. 35 Street) November 26 through December 16.
The annual tree inside City Hall in the Mall is made from cans of food and gifts donated by Wal-Mart and will eventually go to needy families in the community. For more information, call 954-344-1834.
