Coral Springs Crime Blotter: $32,000 Burglary, Drug Arrests, and Multiple Domestic Incidents Reported

The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between August 18 and 24, 2025. Please note that the police have redacted the names of victims and addresses of most incidents.
Incidents
Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer: Reported at 7800 W. Sample Rd. on Aug. 18.
Domestic Disturbances: Reported at NW 56th Dr. (Aug. 18), NW 40th St. (Aug. 22), NW 84th Ln. (Aug. 23), and SW 1st Ct. (Aug. 24).
Medically Attended Deaths: Reported at NW 94th Ave. (Aug. 18), NW 108th Way (Aug. 20), NW 88th Ter. (Aug. 21), and NW 113th Ter. (Aug. 24).
Fraud/Identity Theft: Multiple reports, including $6,400 lost (Aug. 18), $536 lost (Aug. 18), $2,085 lost (Aug. 23). Victims included residents on NW 57th Ave. and NW 43rd St.
Grand Theft: Vehicle stolen from Wiles Rd. (Aug. 18), additional thefts included $152 (Aug. 21) and $800 (Aug. 21).
Burglary: Non-forced entry at Turtle Creek Dr. (Aug. 19), forced entry into businesses on Aug. 21 ($1,125 loss) and Aug. 24 ($32,000 loss), and theft from auto on Aug. 23 ($409 loss).
Retail Thefts: Macy’s (Aug. 18, $198; Aug. 19, $110), multiple other businesses with losses up to $7,000 (Aug. 22).
Criminal Mischief: Incidents included vehicle/property damage under $200 (Aug. 21, 22, 23) and over $1,000 (Aug. 19).
Assaults/Batteries: Domestic batteries reported Aug. 18, 19, 22, and 23. Battery on a person over 65 reported Aug. 16 (reported Aug. 19).
Aggravated Assaults: Reported Aug. 18 and Aug. 24.
Stalking: Reported Aug. 24.
Animal Bite: Reported Aug. 20.
Traffic/DUI: DUI reported Aug. 19, traffic violations Aug. 19 and 20, and multiple flee/elude police reports.
Narcotics: Possession reported Aug. 19, 21, and 22. Cocaine and cannabis-related arrests followed.
Other Reports: Risk of Harm (multiple), trespassing at businesses, ordinance violations, trash dumping (Aug. 22), and found property cases.

Christopher Shaquille Sparks, 32: Grand theft motor vehicle on Wiles Rd. on Aug. 18.
Nealando Richards, 48: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (without intent to kill) on Aug. 18.
Alex Robert, 54: Domestic battery on Aug. 18.
Geni Sosa Espindola, 40: Shoplifting/retail theft at Macy’s on Aug. 18.
Houda Sophia Elantri, 55: Petit theft at Macy’s on Aug. 19.
Brenda June Leatherwood, 65: Driving with suspended license on Aug. 19.
Raymond Gerald Glemser, 27: Possession of methamphetamine on Aug. 19.
Matthew Anthony Cheverez, 37: Gave false name to law enforcement on Aug. 20.
Michael John Guido McDonald, 35: Possession of cocaine on Aug. 21.
Donald Richard Bianculli, 62: Trespass after warning on Aug. 21.
Guercy Smith, 38: Possession of cocaine with intent to sell on Aug. 21.
Valerie Denise Flowers, 58: Trespass after warning at Coral Ridge Dr. Publix on Aug. 22 and again on Aug. 23.
Shawna Forbes, 49: Domestic battery on Aug. 22.
Joshua Isas Ramessar, 18: Arrested twice on Aug. 22—fleeing police with lights and siren, and possession of cannabis over 20 grams.
Dawn Marie Martin, 55: Domestic battery on Aug. 23.
Luis A. Odicio, 56: Retail theft at Home Depot on Aug. 23.
Timothy Stevens, 31: Stalking on Aug. 24.
