Coral Springs Crime Blotter: $81K Fraud Case Among Incidents

The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between January 26 and February 1, 2026. Please note that the police have redacted the names and addresses of most victims in most incidents.
Incidents
• Attempted Murder: Reported Jan. 26 in Coral Springs during the early morning hours. Investigation ongoing.
• Identity Theft & Fraud Cases: Multiple identity theft and fraud incidents were reported throughout the week across the city, including one case involving a reported loss of $81,239, along with several smaller fraud and impersonation cases.
• Vehicle Crimes: Incidents included theft of auto parts, burglary of vehicles, and two grand theft auto cases reported during the period.
• Burglary: A residence burglary without forced entry resulted in approximately $2,550 in reported losses.
• Retail Theft: Several retail theft and shoplifting incidents were reported at businesses along Sample Road, Atlantic Boulevard, Coral Ridge Drive, and other commercial areas, with losses ranging from under $50 to more than $2,500.
• Grand Theft: One case reported losses of approximately $4,000.
• Property Damage & Criminal Mischief: Multiple incidents involving property damage and criminal mischief were reported citywide, including felony-level damage exceeding $1,000.
• Domestic Incidents: Police responded to several domestic disturbances and domestic battery reports, including one incident involving battery by strangulation and another involving an injunction violation.
• Threats & Stalking: Officers investigated reports involving written threats and stalking incidents.
• Narcotics Incidents: Police reported narcotics possession and related enforcement activity during the week.
• DUI: One driving under the influence incident was reported near Coral Ridge Drive and Sample Road.
• Traffic Violations & Trespassing: Several traffic violations and trespass incidents occurred across the city.
• Mental Health / Welfare Calls: Multiple Baker Act cases, risk-of-harm calls, and welfare-related incidents were handled throughout the reporting period.
• Unattended & Medically Attended Deaths: Police investigated several death-related incidents reported during the week.
• Missing Endangered Person: A missing endangered person case was reported on NW 56th Street. Investigation ongoing.
• Fire Incident: A fire incident was reported on Royal Palm Boulevard on Feb. 1.
Arrests

• Juvenson Sudney, 37 — Arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of grand theft between $20,000 and $100,000.
• Price Ludlly Pierre, 41 — Arrested Jan. 27 for driving with a suspended license with knowledge.
• Josiah Jarrell Johnson, 19 — Arrested Jan. 27 for carrying a concealed firearm under age 21.
• Adith Ramsumair, 43 — Arrested Jan. 27 for burglary and theft from an auto.
• Bernado Inelus, 20 — Arrested Jan. 28 for robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon.
• Martin A. Cargill, 40 — Arrested Jan. 28 for violation of probation.
• Eliyahu Machluf, 52 — Arrested Jan. 30 for retail theft.
• Shannon Marie Dillon, 42 — Arrested Jan. 30 for trespassing after warning.
• Samantha Elissa Carnevale, 28 — Arrested Jan. 30 for oxycodone trafficking.
• Michael Steven Mora, 38 — Arrested Jan. 31 for DUI, second offense.
• Kelvin Moore, 53 — Arrested Jan. 31 for false imprisonment.
• Francesco Joseph Rosario, 59 — Arrested Jan. 31 for dating violence battery causing bodily harm.
