Coral Springs Shopping Center on Sample Road Sells for $7.4 Million

A shopping center anchored by Wings Plus on West Sample Road in Coral Springs has been sold for $7.395 million, according to a press release announcing the transaction.

The 25,905-square-foot retail center is located at 9830–9880 W. Sample Road and sits on 1.62 acres. The property includes a mix of dental, medical, education, and service-oriented tenants.

The sale was announced by Marcus & Millichap, a brokerage firm. The seller was The Geneva Group, a real estate investment company based in Deerfield Beach. The buyer was identified as David Ragno of DRG Real Estate LLC. 

The shopping center is located on West Sample Road, less than a half-mile west of University Drive.  

Coral Springs’ Sample Road corridor is undergoing major redevelopment, including the construction of Cornerstone Plaza and plans for the City Village district.
