The City of Coral Springs is now helping to celebrate residents’ major milestones and provide an official birthday or anniversary card.
Sorry ladies, Commissioner Larry Vignola, will not come to your home or office and perform a “Strip O Gram.” There will be no free pony rides from Commissioner Dan Daley, and don’t expect flowers delivered by Vice Mayor Tom Powers unless you’re his wife.
No, there won’t be any personal birthday deliveries from any of our city commission members, except for a card on your special day. That special day has to be either a 50th Anniversary or a birthday for someone over 80.
“The City of Coral Springs is always looking for ways to celebrate its residents, so we have established a new program to do exactly that,” said Commissioner Claudette Bruck.
Visit www.CoralSprings.org/celebrate and fill out the form online. Once the City receives the information, residents will receive a card congratulating them on their special occasion.
Ladies under 80 can still catch a look at their favorite Mayor or Commissioner by attending their city commission meetings regularly.
