Coral Springs shoppers now have a new option for sit-down dining as The Knife, an Argentinean steakhouse known for its traditional parrilla-style grilling, has officially opened at Coral Square.
The restaurant becomes the mall’s only full-service dining establishment, adding a new experience for visitors looking to enjoy a meal before or after shopping.
Founded in Argentina in 1986, The Knife built its reputation on expertly grilled meats prepared in the traditional parrillero style.
The Coral Springs location marks the brand’s third restaurant in South Florida, joining Doral and Miami.
Guests can choose from more than 15 cuts of beef, chicken, and pork, each prepared by skilled grill masters. The restaurant offers both an all-you-can-eat option and an à la carte menu, providing flexibility for casual family meals, group gatherings, and special celebrations.
Chase Berry, general manager of Coral Square, said the addition expands the mall’s offerings beyond retail.
“The addition of The Knife reinforces Coral Square’s ongoing commitment to offering diversified, high-quality experiences for its guests,” Berry said. “As the center continues to grow as a community gathering place, the introduction of a premier dining destination marks an exciting milestone for both Coral Square and the city of Coral Springs.”
The restaurant also features two private event spaces designed for group dining. The Recoleta Room accommodates up to 45 guests and is dedicated to à la carte dining, while the San Telmo Room offers a more intimate setting for groups of up to 16.
