A new restaurant focused on fresh ingredients, specialty coffee and all-day dining is preparing to open in Coral Springs on August 3, 2026.
Ember & Vine, the newest concept from P Hospitality Management, is designed as an all-day gathering place where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner in a welcoming atmosphere.
According to the company, the restaurant’s menu features globally inspired dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Ember & Vine also emphasizes cooking without seed oils or refined sugars, reflecting its commitment to ingredient quality.
Before its official opening, Ember & Vine will host a Community Breakfast Preview from July 28 through July 31, giving residents an opportunity to experience the restaurant while staff completes final training.
The preview will run daily from 8 to 10 a.m. and will feature counter service. Each guest will receive one specialty coffee or tea beverage and one breakfast entrée as part of the hosted event.
Restaurant officials said the preview will also allow the team to fine-tune operations and gather feedback before opening to the public.
Reservations are required for every guest, and seating is limited. Guests are encouraged to reserve a spot in advance through the restaurant’s online reservation link.
Ember and Vine will be located at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive.
