Federal authorities are asking for the public’s help after a midday bank robbery in Coral Springs.
According to the FBI, the robbery occurred on Monday, August 25, 2025, at approximately 11:45 a.m. at the Amerant Bank branch located at 1755 N. University Drive.
Investigators said the robber entered the bank and demanded money from an employee. No one was injured during the incident. The amount of money taken has not been disclosed.
The FBI said it issues public releases in matters of public safety and when seeking information that may aid in investigations.
