After only winning five games from 2018-20, the J.P. Taravella girls basketball team picked up their first win of the season against Hollywood Hills on November 18.
After falling to Western High School in their first game, the Trojans won 47-41 to improve their record to 1-1 and went 0-5 in 2020.
Next, JPT will play at home against Stranahan High School on Friday, December 19, at 6 p.m. They will have nine more games against several top schools in Dillard, Flanagan, Plantation, Calvary Christian Academy, and Deerfield Beach High School.
