Moncada Molina {BSO}
A man has been charged with battery and indecent exposure after allegedly groping a woman and exposing himself outside a Coral Springs 7-Eleven.
According to the arrest report, on November 6, the Coral Springs Police responded to a report of an alleged assault and indecent exposure outside a 7-Eleven on Wiles Road.
Upon arrival, CSPD officers spoke with the victim, who alleged that a man, later identified as Alberto Moncada Molina, 44, of Pompano Beach, had intentionally and inappropriately touched her.
The victim reported that while she was opening the store’s door, Molina touched the right side of her buttocks with the outside of his hand. She added that he had done the same thing days prior, but she didn’t report it.
After the incident, Molina allegedly walked to his vehicle, parked in front of the store, started dry-humping the car by moving to the passenger side of his truck, and then walked around to the driver’s side, where he reportedly exposed his penis and began touching himself inappropriately.
Following the incident, witnesses told law enforcement that Molina reportedly justified his actions by claiming that the victim’s gaze gave him the impression she was interested in him.
The arrest report shows Molina admitted to exposing himself but insisted the victim could not have seen him. The victim provided video evidence of the incident that contradicted these claims.
Molina was arrested and transported to the Broward County Main Jail.
