The Coral Springs Center for the Arts will bring Miami hip-hop legends Trick Daddy and Trina to the stage this fall for “Slip-N-Slide: Trick-N-Trina Live.”
The concert is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 17, at 8 p.m. at the performing arts venue, located at 2855 Coral Springs Drive.
The show is described as a night of “nonstop hits, throwback anthems, and pure Miami energy,” featuring performances from two of South Florida’s most recognizable hip-hop artists.
Trick Daddy, born Maurice Samuel Young, rose to national prominence in the early 2000s with the hit “I’m a Thug.” Known for blending street-centered lyrics with social commentary, he helped shape Southern hip-hop with albums including “Based on a True Story,” “www.thug.com,” “Book of Thugs: Chapter AK Verse 47,” and “Back by Thug Demand.”
