
Michael McFarlin was one of four athletes to be named winner of the Brian Piccilo Award.{BCAA}

Coral Springs High School Senior Michael McFarlin was one of four athletes named Brian Piccolo Award winners.
Named after the late NFL player and South Florida native Brian Piccolo, the award recognizes senior athletes from Broward County schools who excel in the classroom and on the football field.
McFarlin was one of seven seniors to be named a scholar-athlete. Along with a. 5.16 GPA, he also has accumulated 314 service hours. On the field, McFarlin was one of the team’s top football players on the varsity football team and also has been terrific this spring on the track and field team, winning 11 events in the shot put, discus and javelin.
