The Neuro Wellness TMS Centers of America celebrated the expansion of its Coral Springs office and the introduction of its new Stanford Accelerated Intelligent Neuromodulation Therapy (SAINT) program with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 5.
The event was hosted by the Parkland Chamber of Commerce and was attended by members of the Coral Springs and Parkland commissions and leaders from both cities. Co-owners Matt Lahn, COO, and Shelly Lahn, CEO, thanked everyone for attending and demonstrated how SAINT benefits patients.
A cutting-edge treatment for depression, the therapy uses transcranial magnetic stimulation to help very severely depressed individuals improve their mental health.
“We are helping people who have been sent to us by psychiatrists after trying to treat them,” said Matt.
TMS Centers is the only private outpatient center on the East Coast offering this revolutionary treatment. SAINT TMS was developed at the Stanford Brain Stimulation Lab and has demonstrated a remission rate of 79 percent in clinical trials, according to Matt.
The therapy provides relief to patients within five days. It begins with a 45-minute MRI scan to gain images of the structure and function of a person’s brain. A proprietary algorithm identifies the optimal location in a person’s brain for precise individualized stimulation.

The patient then enters a five-day treatment program consisting of ten sessions per day, with each session comprising ten minutes of stimulation followed by 50 minutes of rest, according to Matt.
Neuro Wellness is located at 9734 W Sample Rd, Coral Springs. Business hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
