A new Nordstrom Rack will open in Coral Springs in fall 2025, the retailer announced Tuesday.
The 31,000-square-foot store will be located at University Drive and Wiles Road in Pine Ridge Square, a shopping center that includes The Fresh Market and Ulta.
“We look forward to being a part of the Coral Springs community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Miami market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”
Lionello said customers at the Coral Springs store “will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily.”
Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. Its stores offer customers up to 70 percent off of apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes from top brands.
The fashion retailer is the latest addition to the Pine Ridge Square shopping center, which is owned and managed by Regency Centers.
“Nordstrom Rack is a fantastic operator, and their presence should be well-received by the local community,” said Patrick McKinley, senior vice president of Regency Centers. “We can’t wait to see them open their doors.”
According to the company, Nordstrom currently operates six stores and 18 Nordstrom Rack stores in Florida, creating around 3,000 jobs statewide. Its closest Nordstrom Rack locations are in Sunrise and Boca Raton.
