Coral Springs Police on Sunday afternoon asked the public to stay away from the area of Forest Hills Boulevard and Northwest 27th Street as they conducted a search for one or more criminal suspects.
Police were using a Broward Sheriff’s Office helicopter to assist with the investigation, which officials said was related to a reported suspicious incident.
Police found a stolen vehicle during their investigation, but no arrests had been made as of 4:45 p.m., officials said.
The department did not provide additional details.
Police asked anyone who notices suspicious activity in the area to call 911.
