Saiko-I Sushi Lounge and Hibachi is slated to open on April 2.
Poised to cater to the growing demand for authentic Asian cuisine, the new establishment will be located at 5791 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs, near Parkland. According to Unison Restaurant Group, It will have a 4,000-square-foot space that accommodates 180 patrons.
Specializing in fresh sushi and Japanese dishes, Saiko-I Sushi Lounge is the brainchild of hospitality aficionados Tina Wang and Chef Jason Zheng. The duo is already celebrated for their contributions to South Florida’s dining landscape through establishments like Coco Sushi Lounge and Bar in Delray Beach, Koi in Fort Lauderdale, Saiko-i Lounge and Hibachi in Boca Raton, Yakitori Sushi House in West Delray, and Yakitori Sake House in east Boca Raton.
The menu features an array of Asian culinary delights, including Mongolian beef, steak, lobster, and shrimp hibachi.
“Our goal is to extend this culinary journey to as many patrons as possible,” said Tina Wang, co-owner of Unisolo Restaurant Group.
With eight restaurants, Unisolo Restaurant Group operates over 60,000 square feet of dining space across Palm Beach and Broward counties, employing more than 100 persons. The group’s recent addition, Peking Duck House in Pompano Beach, further underscores its regional expansion strategy.
In addition, a 7,000-square-foot Saiko-I Sushi Lounge and Hibachi in Plantation is also on the horizon. When it opens by year-end, it will seat more than 200 guests.
