Cornerstone Development in Coral Springs {Coral Springs Talk}
A new boutique fitness studio is getting ready to open its doors in downtown Coral Springs to bring residents a different kind of workout—with a boost from the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency.
Tremble, a Miami-born concept that blends strength training, cardio, and Pilates-style movement, is set to open later this year at 3354 N. University Drive, Suite 3, in the Cornerstone development. The project recently received the go-ahead for a $100,000 Coral Springs CRA property enhancement grant, part of the city’s ongoing push to attract new businesses and energize its new downtown core.
The fitness studio is designed around specialized reformer-style machines rather than traditional gym equipment. Classes move quickly, combining resistance, core work, and cardio into a single session. The workouts are built to be high-intensity but low-impact, aiming to deliver results without the wear and tear of heavier lifting.
The format leans heavily on the group experience. Sessions are instructor-led, set to music, and structured to keep participants moving the entire time. It’s less “work out at your own pace” and more guided, start-to-finish training in under an hour.
The Coral Springs location joins a rapidly growing footprint for the franchised brand across South Florida and beyond, with several dozen studios open across the U.S. and more in development. Tremble’s growth reflects a broader shift toward boutique fitness concepts that emphasize structure, coaching, and community over traditional gym models.
An official opening date has not yet been announced, but the studio is expected to be open by mid-2026.
