Wellness Speaker Jan Kinder to Discuss Finding Calm at Coral Springs Rotary Event

The Rotary Club of Coral Springs will host wellness speaker Jan Kinder for a presentation on navigating life’s challenges at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at Guido’s La Pizzeria

The presentation, “Be the Kind Within the Storm,” will focus on approaching challenges with calm, clarity and resilience.

Kinder is a registered nurse, board-certified wellness nurse coach and music therapist with 50 years of experience in wellness and integrative healing arts, according to the Rotary Club of Coral Springs. Her specialties include holistic stress management, meditation and vibrational sound therapies.

An international speaker and author, Kinder helps overwhelmed professionals manage life’s demands. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Palm Beach Illustrated, Travel and Leisure, and Organic Spa, according to the Rotary Club.

Guido’s La Pizzeria is at 5632 Sample Road in Margate.
