Democratic Candidate William Rankin has left many questioning his lack of knowledge and experience for Florida’s top financial job of CFO. You may be thinking, “Why are you picking on him?” Well, this candidate isn’t being vetted by anyone else in Florida and may be managing 14 departments, 2,000 employees and $80 billion buckaroos, and voters may just elect him just because he’s got a “D” next to his name.

Blogger Chaz Stevens of myactsofsedition.com has been sorting through his resume and now believes he can add “drifter” to the long list of questions people should be asking about Rankin. Stevens discovered that Rankin has lived in over 51 different addresses since 1983.

This would be like moving close to twice each year for 30 years.

What’s so surprising is that this publisher of Millionaire Lifestyle Magazine, which is a pretentious publication for uber-wealthy jet-setters, doesn’t own property, and more than likely does most of his traveling out of a moving van than in the first class cabin of an airline.
