The Nutcracker returns to Coral Springs.
The Coral Springs Center for the Arts and the International Ballet Company will present their 25th annual production of The Nutcracker on December 14-15.
This full-length ballet, a long-standing holiday tradition in Coral Springs, brings Tchaikovsky’s iconic score to life through classic storytelling and intricate choreography. Audiences will follow Clara’s journey with the Nutcracker through festive scenes, including a midnight battle with the Giant Rat King and a visit to the Kingdom of the Sweets.
In recognition of first responders, a special performance on Friday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m. will honor their service during the pandemic. The International Ballet Company invites first responders and their families to enjoy the evening as a gesture of appreciation.
Tickets start at $32, with performances scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
