The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between June 23 and June 29, 2025. Please note that the police have redacted the names of victims and addresses of most incidents.
The following is a summary of notable incidents and arrests reported by the Coral Springs Police Department between June 23 and June 29, 2025.
Theft and Property Crimes
Best Buy reported a retail theft on June 23 at 650 N University Dr. The estimated loss was $199.
A felony retail theft was reported on June 23 with an estimated loss of $918.
Marcos Pizza at 8220 Wiles Rd reported a petit theft on June 24. Estimated loss: $100.
Kohl’s Department Store, located at 9001 W. Atlantic Blvd., reported a felony retail theft on June 24. Estimated loss: $1,335.
Publix, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Home Depot, and Walmart were among additional retail stores targeted, with losses ranging from $61 to $1,027.
A grand theft was reported on June 25, with an estimated loss of $1,500. Additional grand thefts were reported later in the week, including a $2,000 loss on Wiles Rd.
A burglary to a business occurred on June 25 at 8 Wiles Rd. Forced entry was reported; estimated loss: $2,000.
Several cases of property damage were reported, including two incidents involving city property and a vehicle-related case valued under $1,000.
Two automobile thefts were reported during the week.
Fraud and Identity Theft
Multiple fraud-related incidents were reported, including a $30,000 loss on Coral Springs Dr, a $12,000 fraud on Coral Ridge Dr, and another totaling $3,684 on University Dr.
Several cases of identity theft and fraudulent use of credit cards were also documented.
Domestic and Violent Incidents
Several domestic battery cases were reported throughout the city.
One aggravated assault was reported on June 26 and another on June 29.
Victims of battery were listed at multiple locations, including Coral Ridge Dr and W Atlantic Blvd.
Drug and Probation Violations
A narcotics violation involving cocaine possession occurred on June 26 at 9800 W Atlantic Blvd.
Multiple municipal ordinance narcotics violations were also documented.
One arrest was made for possession with intent to sell or deliver cannabis.
Two individuals were charged with violation of probation.
Mental Health and Welfare
Several Baker Acts were executed during the week, including incidents on NW 57th Ter, Coral Springs Dr, and Sample Rd.
One missing endangered person and another missing person were reported.
A death unattended and a medically attended death were investigated.
Reports also included risk of harm evaluations and threat assessments.
Other Incidents
Coral Springs Police responded to multiple cases involving traffic violations, information reports, suspicious incidents, civil matters, and lost property.
There were also reports of stalking, false reports of crimes, an animal bite, and theft of a bicycle.
Arrests
Marlon Romaine Phillips, 49, was arrested for retail theft at Coral Club Dr.
Miguel Richie Francois, 33, was arrested on two charges: possession of child pornography and a capias warrant.
Zondra Monique Butler, 27, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Wilhemia Joann Holmes, 51, and Alexander K. Lamoreaux, 26, were both arrested on capias warrants.
Jahrion Jzahmi Sanders, 23, was arrested for burglary with intent to commit a crime.
Crystal Bianca Beharrie Lue, 25, and Kayla Elizabeth Labeet, 19, were arrested for domestic battery.
Brandon Michael Lurry-Connors, 28, was arrested for felony retail theft.
Jacarri Sherod Burke, 21, was arrested on a capias warrant.
Dai Jha Joseph, 22, and Josephina Nina Joseph, 25, were arrested for retail theft at Walmart.
Taneh Sara Delorenzo, 40, was arrested for retail theft at Publix.
Scott Haven Barron, 45, was arrested for cocaine possession.
Jacob Rayshad Burkhardt, 28, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Karen A. Borchardt, 58, was arrested for retail theft at Victoria’s Secret.
Kevin Armando Demaj, 22, was arrested for cannabis possession with intent to sell.
Dana Racquel Reed, 36, was arrested for probation violation.
Devaska B. Gordon, 41, was arrested for petit theft at Bath & Body Works.
Izeah Lee Lebron, 26, was arrested on a capias warrant.
Christopher Daniel Reddien, 52, was arrested for criminal mischief.
Latoya Marqutte Shevon Melton, 34, was arrested for aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony.
